By installing or using Cloud Call PK ("the app", operated by H3 Technologies) you agree to these terms.
The app matches inbound callers to customers in your Shopify store and, when enabled, writes satisfaction tags, feedback and call-log notes back to your store. The app is billed at $4.99 per month with a 3-day free trial, charged through Shopify's billing system.
You must use the app only for your own store's customer support and sales operations and in compliance with Shopify's API License and Terms of Use and all applicable privacy laws. You are responsible for how your agents use the customer information the app surfaces.
The app is provided "as is". We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
You may uninstall the app at any time from your Shopify admin, which ends billing and revokes the app's access to your store.
