Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Cloud Call PK Shopify app (the “App”), provided by H3 Technologies (“we”, “us”). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

The App connects your Shopify store to your Cloud Call PK phone system. When a call arrives, it matches the caller’s phone number to a Shopify customer and returns their name and recent orders so your agents can identify them. Optionally, it can write a satisfaction (CSAT) tag, feedback metafield, and call-log note back to the customer and their most recent order.

2. Eligibility & account

You must have an active Shopify store and a Cloud Call PK account to use the App. You are responsible for keeping the API key the App issues confidential; anyone holding it can request customer lookups for your store.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and only with data you are authorised to process. You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the App or its infrastructure.

5. Customer data

You are the controller of your customers’ data. The App processes that data on your behalf solely to provide the service described above, as detailed in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to identify callers and to display their information to your agents.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the App available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Lookups depend on the Shopify Admin API and your own network and phone system.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, H3 Technologies is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid for the App in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it, which ends the subscription and deletes your stored session, access token and API key. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
